Host A House Concert

What are house concerts?

I'm glad you asked. It's an an up, close and personal concert for 10 to 100 people in your house, backyard, community center etc..

For music fans it's a great way to get to meet performers on a more informal and personal basis and a great way for the performer to make new fans.

What do you have to do to host a House Concert?

It’s easy all you need is to have a space large enough to Invite a few friends, neighbors, and acquaintances over to experience a private music performance.

Generally, there is a suggested donation of $15-$ 20 per person to pay the performer's fee - so there's no cost to you.

What do I provide?

You mean, besides your home and a few friends? That's up to you. You can make it what you want - a catered event, a potluck and BYOB or simple snacks - it's up to you!

Additionally, if a performer is from out-of-town or on tour it's always appreciated if there's a guest room available for an overnight.

What does the performer provide?

An amazing and one-of-a-kind musical experience! Performers often share stories from the road or from their writing experiences as well as their music. Before, during, between and after the performance there's opportunities to meet the artist and learn more about them and their journey.

A performer provides their own sound system.
